30 Night Minimum Stay Our Sea Ridge unit is a beautifully appointed three-bedroom two-bath unit, situated with partial ocean views and a wonderful lanai for morning coffe or evening barbeques. The unit is only one mile south of Kailua-Kona town on Alii Dr. Excellent opportunities for enjoying the local scene, playing in the nearby surf, or touring the island. The unit has three bedrooms, and can sleep 8 comfortably (a two-person drop-down bed in the family room sleeps the additional guests). A full kitchen with utensils, dining area and family room with cable tv and DVD player complete this unit. The lanai has a LP barbeque and guests have full use of the association amenities, including weight room and pool area. For longer stays on the island this unit is ideal. Rates range from $2900 to $4000 for a 30-night rental (all rentals will assess an 11% Hawaii State Accommodations tax and cleaning fee). |
